✍ Two new blog posts

🍳 Homecooking
Lately I've been enjoying the Homecooking podcast hosted by Samin Nosrat and Hrishi Hirway. Samin is the author of SALT FAT ACID HEAT, and the host of a Netflix series by the same name. If you have not read SFAH and you enjoy cooking, I highly recommend you do so. It will change the way you think about your cooking process. Hrishi also has his own Netflix show — this one based off of his other amazing podcast Song Exploder. You can find more of Samin's work at her website. Visit Hrishi's website here.
